Healing
Each healing session is a sacred, peaceful space created just for you.
At the start, we’ll take a few moments to ground and set your intention — whether it’s emotional balance, physical relief, or simply reconnecting with your inner calm.
You’ll then be invited to relax (either lying down or sitting comfortably if distant healing is taking place) as I begin to tune in to your energy. Healing energy is channelled intuitively through my hands or through distant connection, depending on your chosen session.
You may feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or gentle waves of energy — or you may simply feel deeply relaxed and at peace. Every experience is unique, and Spirit always provides exactly what your soul needs in that moment.
At the end of the session, we’ll take a few moments to reflect on any sensations, emotions, or insights that may have arisen. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more aligned — with a renewed sense of peace within.
Before :
Find a quiet space where you can fully relax and won’t be disturbed.
Wear something comfortable and light.
Set a gentle intention — this could be for healing, release, clarity, or simply receiving whatever energy you most need.
Keep an open heart and allow yourself to receive without expectation.
✨ For distant sessions: You may wish to lie down with soft music, a candle, or crystals to help you relax and connect.
After :
Take time to rest, hydrate, and allow the energy to continue integrating.
Notice any subtle shifts in your emotions, sleep, or overall energy over the next few days — healing continues long after the session ends.
Gentle movement, nature walks, or journaling can help you ground the experience.
Be kind and patient with yourself — healing unfolds in layers.
